I had an informative session in the indoor simulator while Paul shattered my delusions on the state of my golf swing, pointing out several areas that could do with improving. This wasn't a bad thing though, and he explained them simply and in a friendly manner. Recording my swing and showing it back to me also helped me understand the issues. The simulator itself is also a brilliant way to look at how your hitting the ball and how far each shot is going. As someone who is coming back to golf after 5 years away it was a useful tool to correct some errors that have crept into my game. Paul is also a friendly guy who made the whole experience enjoyable.

As always, Paul provided a professional, easy to understand and very friendly lesson, which will enable me to put into practice the points he made, to the benefit of my overall game. Paul never over complicates a lesson, providing only sufficient information to enable changes to be made, with practice. Moreover, the forwarding of a written summary, together with video evidence of the faults/improvements made, provides a permanent reminder of the lesson and a perfect aide memoire to how things were changed. Paul's credibility within the golfing industry is well documented, and his teaching ability is a reflection of someone who truly understands golf in all its facets. I am a category 1 golfer but I have been struggling with finding consistency. I had heard great things about Paul and he didn't disappoint. Paul always spots the main problems within moments of your first practice swing, and then gives a simple, easy to understand explanation of how to remedy the problem. Without bombarding you with too many swing thoughts you are left with some straightforward ideas to take away and to practice. A lesson with Paul always leaves you with the enthusiasm to go improve your game.
